Certification fees, downloaded materials, completed assessments, and courses accessed beyond 40% are non-refundable. Live session recordings fall under this category.

Final refund decision communicated via email with detailed explanation. If approved, refund authorization begins. If denied, appeal process information is provided.
Payment Processing (5-10 Business Days)
Approved refunds processed through original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days. Bank transfers may require additional processing time.
Special Circumstances
Tutorialova Academy recognizes that exceptional situations may warrant special consideration. Medical emergencies, military deployment, or significant life changes may qualify for refund consideration beyond standard timelines.
For medical or emergency-related refund requests, please provide appropriate documentation. Our student affairs team evaluates these cases individually, often extending normal refund periods when circumstances warrant special consideration.
Technical issues preventing course access, significant changes to course content, or instructor unavailability may also qualify for full refunds regardless of access percentage. We investigate these situations thoroughly to ensure fair resolution.

Refund processing varies by original payment method. Credit card refunds appear as statement credits within 5-7 business days. Debit card refunds may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
Bank transfer payments require manual processing and typically take 7-14 business days for refund completion. International transactions may experience additional delays due to correspondent banking requirements and currency conversion processes.
Processing Fees Notice

Appeal Process
